Refund Policy

Returns:

1. Return Window: Our effective return window is 30 days from the date of your purchase. If this period has passed, we will be unable to process your return.

2. Return Shipping Fee:

If the return is caused by product quality issues or other problems arising from our responsibility (e.g., receiving an incorrect or damaged item), and you provide valid evidence, we will bear the return shipping fee.

If the return is for any other reason, we will not be able to bear the return shipping fee.

 

3. Return Condition: Returned items must not have sustained secondary damage. They must be in the same condition as when you received them and must remain in their original packaging.

4. Return Proof: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and 10-15 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven‘t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. First, check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@watchwindermall.com.

Gifts

1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you‘ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
